Management plans and participatory planning

Led teams carrying out participatory planning and biodiversity action planning for Portland Bight Protected Area and for Three Bays, Galleon Harbour and Salt Harbour Special Fisheries Conservation Areas.

Climate change

Led several climate change adaptation projects in the Portland Bight Protected Area.

System planning

Led the ecology team for the first system plan for protected areas. 

While working for The Nature Conservancy as Director of Conservation Programmes for Jamaica, worked on system design, using programmes such as Miradi and Marxan.
